Genomic DNA (gDNA) and total RNA (tRNA) samples can be submitted to the Facility for quantification. The client can choose between three (3) quantification procedures:

1. Fluorometry using Qubit 4

2. Spectrophotometry using Multiskan Sky Microplate Reader (μdrop plate) 

3. Chip Electrophoresis using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer
